This project consists of a 5,023 square foot outpatient health clinic, slab on grade, wood framed exterior walls, metal stud interior walls, cement plaster exterior walls and metal roofing. The building is placed in the mountain community of Prather on a site that is composed of mainly granite. It took several rounds of rock blasting to break up granite to begin building pad. Site work includes water basin, septic system and EV charging station for electric vehicles.
