All subcontractors must hold an active California State Contractor’s License appropriate for their scope of work. - DIR Registration (Prevailing Wage Projects)
For any project subject to prevailing wage, subcontractors must maintain an active Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration. Refer to SB 854 on the State of California website for detailed guidance on prevailing wage compliance. - Project-Specific Requirements
Subcontractors may be required to be Prequalified by the owner for individual projects. Please review each project specifications individually to confirm applicable requirements. - Insurance
Subcontractors will be bound to the insurance requirements dictated in each project specification. Please review each project specification to confirm requirements. - Bonding Requirements
Subcontractor bids exceeding $500,000 may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bond at Katch General discretion.
