Project consists of a 5,000 square foot outpatient health clinic, slab on grade, wood framed exterior walls, metal stud interior walls, cement plaster exterior walls and metal roofing.  Eight rounds of rock blasting to break up granite to begin building pad. Site work includes water basin, septic system and EV charging station for electric vehicles.
